1. Returns & Exchanges Preferences

• Returns Accepted: Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
• Exchanges Accepted: Yes, we accept product exchanges if you wish to try a different product or formula.
• Return Window: Customers have up to 180 days from the date of purchase to return a product.

2. Accepted Product Condition

We accept returns for new and slightly used products. This includes products that have been opened or slightly used, ensuring you have ample opportunity to evaluate our products risk-free under our 180-day guarantee.

3. Return Method, Shipping Labels & Fees

• Return Method: All returns are processed by mail.
• Return Label: A return shipping label is included in the package. If you require a replacement return label, please contact customer support.
• Restocking Fee: No cost ($0). There are no restocking fees for any returned or exchanged items.

4. Refund Processing Time

The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund after the return is received is 7 days. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange:

2. Use the return label included in your package to ship the items back to us.
3. Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days.
